यूक्रेन रेलवे निकासी के लिए चला रहा है विशेष ट्रेनें
भारतीय दूतावास ने यूक्रेन में अपने नागरिकों व छात्रों के लिए जारी की एडवाइजरी
कीव स्थित भारतीय दूतावास ने 28 फरवरी को यूक्रेन में सभी भारतीय नागरिकों/छात्रों के लिए दूसरी बार सलाह जारी की है। दूतावास ने यूक्रेन में छात्रों व भारतीय नागरिकों को बताया है कि कीव में सप्ताहांत कर्फ्यू हटा लिया है। ऐसे में सभी छात्रों को पश्चिमी भागों की यात्रा के लिए रेलवे स्टेशन जाने की सलाह दी जाती है। यूक्रेन रेलवे निकासी के लिए विशेष ट्रेनें चला रहा है।
हम सभी भारतीय नागरिकों/छात्रों से विनम्र, शांत और एकजुट रहने का अनुरोध करते हैं। रेलवे स्टेशनों पर एक बड़ी भीड़ की उम्मीद की जा सकती है, इसलिए, यह सलाह दी जाती है कि सभी भारतीय छात्र धैर्य रखें, संयमित रहें और विशेष रूप से रेलवे स्टेशनों पर आक्रामक व्यवहार न करें। हम ट्रेनों के शेड्यूल में देरी, यहां तक कि कई बार रद्द होने और लंबी कतारों की उम्मीद करते हैं। भारतीय छात्रों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपना पासपोर्ट, पर्याप्त नकदी, खाने के लिए तैयार भोजन, आसानी से सुलभ सर्दियों के कपड़े और केवल आवश्यक सामान ले जाएं, ताकि आसान गतिशीलता सुनिश्चित हो सके। हर समय अपने सामान का ध्यान रखें।
यूक्रेनियन नागरिक और अधिकारी दोनों भारतीय नागरिकों के निकासी प्रयासों को सुविधाजनक बनाने में उल्लेखनीय रूप से सहायक रहे हैं, विशेष रूप से इन महत्वपूर्ण और खतरनाक समय को देखते हुए। सभी से अनुरोध है कि इस भावना का सम्मान करें।
इससे पहले भारतीय दूतावास कीव ने 27 फरवरी को भी यूक्रेन में सभी भारतीय नागरिकों/छात्रों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सलाह जारी की थी। इसमे यह सलाह दी थी कि भारतीय नागरिकों को यूक्रेन से रोमानिया और हंगरी के रास्ते निकाला जा रहा है. हम अपने नागरिकों के लिए पड़ोसी देशों के साथ अधिक सीमाएँ खोलने के लिए लगातार खोज और काम कर रहे हैं।
जैसे ही कर्फ्यू हटा लिया जाता है, और आपके अपने पड़ोस में लोगों की काफी आवाजाही होती है, भारतीय नागरिकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सक्रिय संघर्ष के क्षेत्रों से बाहर निकलने के लिए पास के रेलवे स्टेशनों का उपयोग करें और पश्चिमी क्षेत्रों की ओर बढ़ें। रेलवे का परिवहन मोड परिचालन और सुरक्षित है। यदि नियमित ट्रेनों में टिकट उपलब्ध हैं, तो उन्हें बुक किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा, यूक्रेनी रेलवे रेलवे स्टेशन पर पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर लोगों को मुफ्त में निकालने के लिए विशेष ट्रेनों का संचालन कर रहा है और जिसके लिए टिकट की आवश्यकता नहीं है। ट्रेनों का शेड्यूल वेबसाइट https://www.uz.gov.ua/ पर देखा जा सकता है। रेलवे स्टेशनों पर डिजिटल बोर्डों की जांच करने की भी सलाह दी जाती है, क्योंकि वे सबसे अद्यतन और भरोसेमंद हैं। इसके अलावा, रेलवे स्टेशनों पर रीयल टाइम आधार पर घोषणाएं की जा रही हैं। भारतीय नागरिकों को समूहों में यात्रा करने की सलाह दी जाती है, और व्यक्तियों के मामले में, आपको अन्य साथी भारतीय नागरिकों की पहचान करने और उनके साथ यात्रा करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
रेलवे स्टेशनों पर बच्चों, महिलाओं और बुजुर्गों को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है.

Second Advisory to all Indian Nationals/Students in Ukraine as on 28 February 2022
Dear Indian Nationals/Students in Ukraine,
Weekend curfew lifted in Kyiv. All students are advised to make their way to the railway station for onward journey to the western parts. Ukraine Railways is putting special trains for evacuations.
We sincerely request all Indian nationals/students to remain calm, peaceful and united. A large crowd can be expected at the railway stations, therefore, it is advised that all Indian students remain patient, composed and especially not to exhibit aggressive behaviors while at the railway stations. We expect delays in trains’ schedule, even cancellation at times and long queues. Indian students are requested to carry their passport, sufficient cash, ready to eat meals, easy accessible winter clothing and only essential items, to ensure easy mobility. Be mindful of your belongings at all times.
Ukrainians both civilians and authorities have been remarkably supportive in facilitating evacuation efforts of Indian citizens, especially considering these critical and dangerous times. You are all requested to respect this sentiments.

Important Advisory to all Indian Nationals/Students in Ukraine
Dear Indian Nationals/Students in Ukraine,
Indian citizens are being evacuated from Ukraine through Romania and Hungary. We are continuously exploring & working to open up more borders with neighbouring countries for our citizens.
As and when curfew is lifted, and there is considerable movement of people in your respective neighborhoods, Indian Nationals are advised to use nearby railway stations for movement out of regions of active conflict and proceed towards the Western regions. The transportation mode of Railways is operational and safer. If tickets are available on regular trains, they may be booked. In addition, Ukrainian Railways is also operating special trains for evacuation of people free of charge, on first come first serve basis at the Railway Station and for which tickets are not required. The schedule of trains can be seen at the website https://www.uz.gov.ua/. It is also advised to check the Digital Boards at Railways Stations, because they are the most updated and trustworthy. In addition, announcements are being made at Railway Stations on real time basis. Indian Nationals are advised to travel in groups, and in case of individuals, you are advised to identify other fellow Indian Nationals and travel together with them.
Preference at railway stations is being given to children, women and elderly people.
